JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems in the fintech sector, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in business requirements analysis, working closely with Product, BA, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
• Provide technical support to team members, review code, and improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability in production environments.
• Perform backend performance tuning to optimize processing speed, minimize latency, and increase load capacity.
• Design and implement large-scale, high-availability, and flexible scalable system solutions.
• Carry out CI/CD activities, system deployment, and monitoring.
• Stay updated on and apply new technologies relevant to the fintech industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of backend development experience with Java, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Proficiency in Java Core and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and related technologies such as:
  • API Gateway (Zuul, Spring Cloud Gateway)
  • Service Discovery (Eureka, Consul)
  • Circuit Breaker (Hystrix, Resilience4j)
  • Message Broker (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Distributed tracing and monitoring (Zipkin, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience in backend performance tuning, processing speed optimization, and latency reduction.
• Experience in designing large-scale systems with high availability and flexible scalability.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience in building and optimizing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, software architecture thinking, and team leadership ability.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English communication skills are an advantage.
