JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze the market landscape, competitors, and target customers to identify opportunities and challenges. 
• Develop and implement brand strategies, including product/service positioning and value propositions. 
• Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals. 
• Plan and execute strategic campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market share. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT outsourcing or technology sector.
•  English communication ability is a plus. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and customer insights.
• Solid knowledge of brand positioning, strategic planning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
