Scrum Master

1. DESCRIPTION

• Plan, advise, and implement Scrum in software projects according to the company's orientation.
• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted actively, effectively, and within the prescribed Scrum timebox.
• Coordinate and arrange work to ensure that the Scrum framework operates correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor and supervise the implementation process of Scrum.
• Remove obstacles affecting the progress of the Scrum team.
• Train team members to have a clear understanding of the Scrum framework, its application principles, and execution methods.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to participate in and support 2 or more projects.
• Understanding of software processes and project implementation using Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in using Jira and Confluence tools.
• Ability to communicate and coach Agile practices to the team.
