JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and manage IT projects, including defining scope, objectives, and necessary resources.
• Coordinate activities between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, report updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage project budget and ensure costs stay within the established limits.
• Analyze risks and develop contingency plans to minimize potential issues.
• Ensure the final product meets the standards and requirements of the client.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) are a must.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.

*Preferred:

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Experience working in high-tech or startup environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
