JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Unit Building: Contribute to the establishment of the new IT unit, including developing team culture, recruiting and onboarding new team members, and supporting overall unit development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Approximately 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 
• Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages:
  • English: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Korean: Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
