JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our project teams in planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills in English, and a passion for project coordination. Korean language proficiency and project management certifications are highly valued.

• Assist in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to senior managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports.
• Support risk management and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, including Korean-speaking stakeholders if applicable.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination or management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
• Project management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Scrum Master.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments
