Manual Tester

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's software before release.
• Develop test plans, create test cases, execute tests, log bugs, and monitor bug resolution progress.
• Receive and process customer feedback and bug reports in collaboration with the project team.
• Participate in project requirement meetings to understand project goals and contribute information on project feasibility from a testing perspective.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and services.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (experience with Agile, Scrum is a plus).
• Experience in API testing and database testing.
• Preference for candidates with experience in load testing.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible. Possesses strong logical thinking, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with team lead potential and willingness to work on-site in Hanoi.
