1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
- Define test objectives, scope, and criteria for success.
- Create detailed, well-structured test cases and test scripts.
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure testability and quality.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
- Document test procedures, results, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Propose and implement improvements to the testing process.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications: ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Knowledge of security testing practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
