1. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Execute manual software testing activities according to the approved testing plan.
  • Analyze business requirements and write detailed and clear test cases and test scenarios based on the requirements documentation.
  • Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and system testing.
  • Report detailed bugs, track them, and collaborate with the development team to address any issues that arise.
  • Participate in requirement evaluation meetings, test planning sessions, and test case reviews.
  • Assist in improving the testing process and enhancing product quality.
  • Ensure that software products meet quality standards before being delivered to clients or going into production.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Manual Tester in a software development environment.
  • Solid understanding of software testing processes and types of testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT, etc.).
  • Experience in writing detailed and clear test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and knowledge of the software development process (SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
  • Good communication skills and effective teamwork.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in [options: finance, e-commerce, telecommunications, etc.].
  • Proficient in using test case management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing.
  • Preference for candidates with good English skills.
