JOB DESCRIPTION

The L&D Specialist is responsible for the entire training and development function within the company, including:

• Developing Training Strategy & Plans
  • Designing training frameworks for Interns, Freshers, and Internal Training Programs.
  • Collaborating with departments to identify training needs for different employee levels.
  • Developing a competency roadmap for each job position.
  • Planning and managing the annual training budget efficiently.
• Implementing & Monitoring Training Programs
  • Organizing onboarding training for interns, freshers, and new employees.
  • Implementing training programs for both technical and soft skills for internal employees.
  • Building a Learning Hub (document system, courses, internal LMS if available).
  • Sourcing and working with internal trainers or external training partners when needed.
  • Organizing workshops, sharing sessions, and mentoring programs to enhance training quality.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and proposing improvements.
• Data Management & Reporting
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing training effectiveness based on KPIs and employee feedback.
  • Preparing periodic training reports for Manager/BOD.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 3-5 years of experience in L&D, preferably in the IT industry or an Outsourcing company.
• Proven experience in designing and executing training programs for Interns, Freshers, and Internal Training.
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies (E-learning, Blended Learning, Coaching & Mentoring).
• Excellent organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and motivation skills to encourage employee development.
• Preferably experienced with LMS systems or other internal training platforms.
• Good English at work
