JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in software architecture design, build RESTful APIs, and integrate with other systems.
• Develop and optimize services following microservices architecture, ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and optimize system performance.
• Perform unit testing and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality.
• Support the resolution of technical issues arising during development and operation.
• Participate in the Agile/Scrum development process, collaborating closely with team members.
• Contribute ideas for technical and process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development using Java.
• Proficient in Java core, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and related design patterns.
• Experience working with microservices-related technologies such as:
  1. API Gateway (Zuul, Spring Cloud Gateway)
  2. Service Discovery (Eureka, Consul)
  3. Circuit Breaker (Hystrix, Resilience4j)
  4. Message Broker (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  5. Containerization and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  6. Distributed tracing and monitoring (Zipkin, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and effective teamwork.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
