DESCRIPTION

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize centralized exchange (CEX) operating systems, ensuring stability, security, and high performance.
  • Participate in designing and building trading modules, account management, order processing, e-wallets, and other exchange operation features.
  • Support the implementation and operation of transaction processing, liquidity management, risk management, and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as QA, DevOps, and Security to ensure safe and efficient system operations.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical issues arising during exchange operations.
  • Research and apply new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience on the exchange.
  • Contribute to building technical documentation, operational guidelines, and internal training materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, with priority given to candidates with experience in centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEX).
  • Strong understanding of CEX operational processes: order processing, order matching, wallet management, security, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of API protocols (REST, WebSocket) and system integration.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in system security, blockchain basics, or smart contracts.
