JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Golang for backend.
• Design software architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in requirement analysis, development planning, and product quality assessment.
• Ensure software development processes follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support training, mentoring, and skill development for team members.
• Communicate effectively with related departments and clients, report progress in English.

REQUIREMENT

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• A productivity enthusiast (80+ WPM typing speed, Vim motions, etc.).
• Passionate about continuous learning—new technologies are part of your lifestyle.
• You enjoy reading and watching coding content for fun.
• English communicate fluently

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend: TypeScript with deep expertise in React.js.
• Backend: Go (2+ years in production required), Java, C++, C#. 
• Advanced knowledge of Redux and modern frontend architectures (state management, performance optimization, scalable component design).
• Expert-level understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals with real-world application in large-scale systems.
