JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage the entire IT division: Oversee all IT operations, including software development, infrastructure management, and technical support.
• Team leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance, motivation, and development.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring the division's growth and success.
• Resource management: Allocate resources effectively, including budget management, personnel, and technology.
• Project management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and senior management to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Risk management

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and divisions, preferably within the software development or technology sector.
• Experience managing teams of over 30 members, and strong skills in planning and resource management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and project management.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic IT plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Main workplace in Vietnam: Based in Vietnam, with possible occasional travel to Korea as needed.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in the Korean market
• English proficiency: Fluent
