Business Development (Japan Market)

JOB DESCRIPTION (only base in Vietnam)

• Search and develop potential clients in the Japanese market.
• Arrange and schedule meetings for the CEO based in Japan.
• Handle paperwork, contracts, and coordinate with the Vietnam team to prepare proposals.
• Welcome clients visiting Vietnam or support the Vietnam team during business trips to Japan.
• Ability to travel to Japan (priority for candidates with prior Japan trip experience).
• Knowledge of ITO (IT Outsourcing) services and software project implementation processes.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidates currently based in Hanoi
• 1+ year of experience in developing the Japanese market or a similar role in any industry.
• Understanding and strong interest in ITO/outsourcing and information technology.
• Preference for candidates who have worked or lived in Japan.
• Excellent communication skills: fluent in Japanese (other languages are a plus).
• Proactive, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of proposal preparation, contract signing, and client relationship management
