Business Development (Internship)

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our client base, building meaningful partnerships, and supporting the team in driving strategic growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to enter the Web3 and blockchain space, gain hands-on experience, and develop practical skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of the blockchain and Web3 landscape.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline: from lead generation to deal closing.
• Support BD Manager in client communications, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Open to final-year students with the potential for a full-time opportunity
• Skillful in Sales, partnerships, negotiation and networking skills is a plus.
• A proactive mindset with strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English is a must
• Enthusiastic about Web3, NFTs, DeFi, and blockchain innovations.
• Organized, sales-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and concepts.
