JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage international client accounts for blockchain development projects—serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with BD, project management, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Understand client needs in blockchain use cases (DeFi, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2 protocols) and translate them into actionable development plans with internal teams.
• Support business development efforts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with clients regarding progress, milestones, timelines, and any project risks or changes.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including legal, compliance, and technical scoping coordination.
• Keep up with blockchain industry trends, development frameworks, and emerging technologies to offer strategic recommendations.
• Represent the company at blockchain events and conferences in Vietnam and internationally to support client engagement and brand visibility.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development in tech or blockchain industries.
• Prior experience working with international clients in outsourcing, tech consulting, or blockchain services.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, DeFi, NFTs, and development stacks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos,etc).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Vietnamese fluency is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development practices, Jira/Asana, and basic technical concepts in software development.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
