JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in English-speaking markets.
• Identify and attract new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Advise clients on IT outsourcing solutions, ensuring services align with their specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and project management) to deliver customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize business value.
• Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the IT outsourcing industry.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or related fields.
• Proven experience in English-speaking markets with a strong network and deep understanding of client needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Solid understanding of IT outsourcing services and business models.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using CRM tools and preparing sales reports is a plus.
